New Evo blog

I decided to create a separate blog for my customers running the Evolution payroll service-bureau software; I often have notes or tips that don't rise to the level of creating a full technical paper, but I still want to memorialize them.

I'm starting with a stock template, and at some point I'll clean it up to look like my other blogs.

Note: this blog has nothing to do with the open-source email/calendar program "Evolution", nor to anything related to the age of the Earth.
