Congrats on 20 years of success Steve. Here's to 20 more.

Congratulations, Steve! I hope I make it to 20 years of consulting one day.

Michael Sullivan

Just under a month from now I mark my 20th anniversary as a professional developer. November 4, 1985 was my first day at V-Systems--Dave and Steve's first employee! I can't imagine a better place to have started. The variety of things I got to do and the discipline Steve instilled in me (and people think I'm strict?!) has helped me to this day.

I'm merely a wage slave and have probably had more employers than Steve has had customers but it's been fun (except when it hasn't). Congrats, Steve!

Michael was one damn fine developer, and it was a pleasure working with him. His sdbbuild program was an absolute stroke of genius.

Unfortunately I know I wasn't quite the same pleasure for him - I am a terrible manager (remember the spinner?), and that's why I am much more well suited to consulting.

Thanks for stopping by!
